In various courses on this site, I explain a use of a simple Logotherapy technique which certainly comes under the ambit of SDR Therapy because it has the capacity to overlay an unwanted conditioned response with a disruptor, extinguishing the response. This Logotherapy technique is particularly useful for intrusive thoughts, but does take some practice to develop a sequence that is real, comfortable, and effective for the individual client.
